I’ve Still Got It
The Opryland Hotel in Nashville is incredibly huge. It has gardens, waterfalls, a river and miles upon miles of paths. So when a gentleman walked up beside me at the elevator I didn’t think twice about it. He said hello, I said hello. He said, “This place is so big; I keep getting lost.” I laughed and replied that I had gotten lost the previous day when I was exploring the grounds.
The elevator doors opened and we both entered. I pushed the button for my floor and didn’t really notice when he didn’t; I just figured he was on the same floor (there have to be 100 rooms up here).
“Are you here for a conference?” the gentleman asked.
“Yes,” I replied, “Blissdom; it’s a conference for women in social media.”
“I’ve heard of it,” he replied and stuck out his hand, “Hi, I’m Jim; I’m hitting on you.”
I shook his hand, “I’m Jody. My husband will be glad to know I’m still attractive.”
He laughed, the doors opened, and Jim wished me a good day before the doors closed.
After being married for a few years and having a couple of kids it’s kind of fun to hear I’ve still “got it” from someone other than my husband.

NICE! (wink wink)
You go girl!!!!!!!!
Ha! I love it! I think I would have been so surprised, I just would have stared open mouthed. =)
Nice!!! It is good to hear that you’ve still got it. I found that out this weekend as well, and it was very much needed!!!!
It makes me feel good when I get a second look while driving a mini van full of kids, that either I still have it or he is looking at me because my van is so dirty!
We staying at the Gaylord 2 summers ago and LOVED IT! It is like its own mini world! I didn’t want to leave!
