Online Shopping Just Got Better

211

OK, so I have this event coming up… Thursday. I’m hosting it so I want to look nice. Problem: I have nothing to wear! No, I’m not joking. I haven’t been shopping since January- and then I only bought 2 shirts. And, in case you hadn’t noticed, it’s not January anymore.

I prefer to shop online but it just isn’t going to work this time. But I don’t have time to run all over town to find the perfect item.

That’s where Nearby Now comes in. With Nearby Now I can search for practically anything- food, electronics, gifts, nutrition, books, travel items- and clothes in my area. Yep, Nearby Now uses your IP address and finds your closest location. Not where you want to look? No problem- just change it.

OK… Looking for something fun and not so “mommy” for Thursday night… I see that J. Crew has a super cute silk halter top… But will they have it in my size? I don’t want to waste my time driving all the way across town to find out. Luckily Nearby Now has an “Is it in stock?” button on the page. I just select the color, size and store that I am interested in buying from and click. I input my email and phone number (if I want a text back) and in 10 minutes I’ll know if I need to keep looking.

If you’re not on a deadline or the best deal is online Nearby Now will take you to the item’s website. It’s really the best of both shopping worlds, in my humble opinion.

Just got notice: silk tank is in stock! I’ll be running across town tomorrow to get it! So much easier & stress free for those of us who can’t spend hours shopping (or just don’t want to!).

Give it a try!

has given me two (2) $50 Visa gift cards to give away! To be entered in the random prize drawing visit Nearby Now and perform a search for anything. Choose an item and check to see if it’s in stock. You will be asked for your email address and you must complete that step to qualify for the drawing. This will be verified. Then leave a comment – why not tell me what you searched for?

I searched for a Dora The Explorer toy box. They couldn’t find one in a store near me but one online. They did not ask for my email but showed Berkley,mi which is one block from me. How did they know me? I’m curious. That was really great though!

I did a search for Robert Jordan’s book The Fires of Heaven. The results showed the audio book on CD starting at $2. But when I went to the list and sorted price lowest to highest there was nothing for $2. Not sure how that works.
